Your Questions Answered: Quick Insights on Chiropractic Care
Yes, chiropractic care can be suitable for people of a wide range of ages. Your chiropractor will always take the time to assess your individual needs and suitability before recommending any treatment, helping to ensure that your care is appropriate for you.
We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move easily, as your chiropractor may need to assess your posture and range of motion. Vest tops can be helpful for assessment, and gowns are available if required.
When you arrive at the clinic, please use the check-in screen and enter your date of birth to check in.
Once you’ve checked in, please take a seat and make yourself comfortable. Your practitioner will come and collect you when they’re ready for your appointment.
During your initial consultation, your chiropractor will take the time to review your medical history and discuss your symptoms, concerns and goals.
You will then have a thorough chiropractic examination, which will help your chiropractor understand your condition and determine the best approach for your care.
Following your initial consultation, you will usually be asked to return for a second appointment within 24–48 hours, known as your Report of Findings.
At this appointment, your chiropractor will explain their findings, provide you with your diagnosis, discuss your personalised care plan, and, where appropriate, provide your first chiropractic treatment or adjustment.
Returning Patients
If it has been more than 12 months but less than 2 years since your last appointment, please book a Reassessment Appointment.
During this appointment, your chiropractor will review your current symptoms and reassess your condition. Where appropriate, we will aim to provide treatment during the same appointment.
If it has been more than 2 years since your last appointment, please book a Reactivated New Patient Appointment.
This allows your chiropractor to carry out a more comprehensive consultation and examination, as your health, symptoms and circumstances may have changed since your previous visit.
Our priority is to ensure you receive the safest and most appropriate care based on your current needs.

Very impressive introduction sessions. I had an exam in the first and report in the second with some treatment . I’m already feeling improvement after years of stiffness.
